This is a quick draft version of my technical understanding of various types of mind-reading technology, including both secret and commercially available mind reading and/or remote neural monitoring (RNM) technology.
Covert wireless and/or wired (and/or ultrasound/ultrasonic) mindreading technology has been around in various forms for decades, probably since at least the 1974/1976 patent "US3951134A - Apparatus and method for remotely monitoring and altering brain waves" by Robert G Malech.
Quick draft version summary:
I'm working on researching and describing
my so far limited knowledge of remote mind reading technology (RMRT), including electronic and/or ultrasonic/ultrasound methods of swiping/stealing a person's thoughts via either
1. Remote neural monitoring (RNM) (via the 1974/1976 Malech patent for remotely swiping [mind reading] and/or modifying [mind controlling] brainwaves, for example), and/or
2. Swiping SVR subvocal recognition thought data [or remote mind reading].
Swiping SVR subvocal recognition thought data [or remote mind reading] can get complicated [and is arguably illegal, unconstitutional, and involved stealing brainwaves, violating neurorights and violating neuro privacy].
Swiping/stealing SVR subvocal recognition thought data [or remote mind minding] could involve swiping any of these 4 different types of energy waves:
1. EMF (including (EEG) or electrical EMF brainwave data),
2. EMF magnetic (including MEG/SQUID magnetic EMF wave brainwave data), and/or
3. Ultrasonic/ultrasound (which would involve ultrasonic transducers, piezoelectric items, and/or maybe even using some fish finders and/or some fish finders with radar, both of which have ultrasonic transducers and use sonar technology).
4. 10 MHz EMF waves obtained by the
1974/1976 Malech patent [RNM] technology.
Swiping or obtaining raw data that can be converted/processed/analyzed into mind-read thoughts can involve getting electronic, electronic magnetic, and/or ultrasound data from a variety of data sources, probably including
1. SVR subvocal recognition brainwave data/nerve data
2. Nerves that are involved in speech including vagus nerve data
3. Larynx/voice box data,
4.
Jaw/mouth data,
5. Throat data, and/or
6. Possibly ear data.
Swiping SVR subvocal recognition thought data by swiping [or remotely mind reading] either EMF/magnetic/ultrasound energy waves from various target locations [including brain, nerves, larynx, mouth/jaw, etc.] involves swiping/obtaining SVR/SSR/SSI data using any of these technologies:
1. Silent speech recognition SSR technology (including software).
2. Silent Speech Interfaces SSI technology.
3.
1974/1976 Malech patent [RNM] technology.
4. Unknown secret government technology, including technology that might use NRO spy satellites, NSA tech, FBI IMSI-catchers already secretly placed on many cell phone towers, and/or other secret government surveillance technology.
Some of the data the SVR/SSR/SSI [mind reading] technologies might use might include:
1. Ultrasound data.
2. EMF data obtained using the 1974/1976 Malech patent and/or similar technology.
3.
millimeter wave/mmwave radar.
4. data from artificial larynxes.
5. EMG (muscular nerve data).
6.
EEG (electrical EMF brainwave data).
7. MEG/SQUID (magnetic EMF wave brainwave data).
The 1974/1976 Malech patent [RNM] technology:
1. Uses a standard 10MHz mind reading/mind control frequency that is also the rubidium standard, used in NAVStar/GPS/GNSS,
and is used in some 10 MHz atomic clocks, and includes a GPS disciplined 10 MHz oscillator GPSDO that is designed to be in sync with GPS.
2.
Probably is designed to use at least some FM radios to process its signal.
3. At least initially might have utilized data now publicly found at FMfool.com or TVfool.com for radio/TV signal strength, location, elevation, and angle.
This is only draft data, and only my initial 8/11/25 draft data summary.
Covert wireless and/or wired (and maybe even including ultrasound/ultrasonic) mindreading technology has been around in various forms for decades. Mind-reading technologies include:
The Malech 1974 brainwave monitoring patent that can steal once-private brainwaves.
Remote neural monitoring (RNM) technology.
SVR or sub-vocal voice recognition.
Artificial larynxes or voice boxes.
BCI or brain computer interfaces (which are commercially available and can be worn or removed at will).
It probably also includes covert MEG squid EEG/MEG remote neural monitoring (RNM) and/or mind reading technology.
It probably also includes ultrasound technology (that might/might not also use OTS or off the shelf fish finder sonar technology.)
One of these technologies was featured in the video "That's Impossible: Mind Reading" around 2008. (Hi-tech covert mind reading is indeed possible.)
My initial StopMindReading.com data was initially posted at StopPsyWar.com, which I ported to StopMindControl.com on July 4, 2025.
Hi-tech mind-reading is rare, but when it does occur, the victim of hi-tech covert remote neural monitoring mind-reading technology is probably also the victim of hi-tech covert mind control technology, hi-tech covert brain disablement technology, and hi-tech covert technology that can zap thoughts into targets' brains, and zap subliminal suggestions into brains. The hi-tech covert technology is amazing and it is technically capable of illegally causing major problems.
Mind control and mind reading technology is illegal, and it violates the legal and constitutional rights of the victims of mind reading, brain disablement, and mind control technology. The mind-read victims' rights being violated probably include their 4th amendment, 5th amendment, and Miranda right to remain silent, their neuro rights, their neuro privacy rights, and their right to not have their brainwaves stolen and decoded by artificial larynx or SVR technology into their should-be-private thoughts being stolen by some covert user of illegal and/or unconstitutional mind reading, mind control, and brain disablement technology.
FYI, some of the covert mind-reading technology and/or mind control technology might take advantage of existing technology that it is already widely in use. This might or might not include household antennas, wireless repeaters, satellite dishes, Wi-Fi technology, household AC wiring systems, POTS plain old telephone service, Basic Exchange Telephone Radio Service (BETRS), Sirius XM radio, HDTVs, satellite TV, cable TV, and cable TV boxes. Piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers (that convert EMF to ultrasound and vice-versa) can be found in a variety of products. Cell phones, androids, iphones, tablets, and touch screens include piezoelectric touch screens (and piezoelectric products can act as ultrasonic transducers, converting EMF to ultrasound and probably also ultrasound to EMF) and most androids include possibly activated FM radio chips and many include GPS. Cell phones also interact with Internet Wi-Fi, cell phone towers with plenty of space for easy rent, satellites, and possibly even FBI IMSI-catchers or stingrays. Radio receivers, amplifiers, and loud speakers in audio stereo systems might also be used by mind control tech (if you still own them and they are plugged in). FYI, piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers and magnetic speakers might produce ultrasound and/or sonic mind control energy waves if they are zapped with EMF mind control energy waves even if the device is turned off.
Mind control and mind reading tech might also take advantage of AM radio (with a 455 KHz intermediate frequency that also used by Silent Sound Spread Spectrum), FM radio (with the Malech patent using frequencies of 100 MHz aka 100 FM, 210 MHz, 110 MHz, and 10 MHz), and the 1974/1976 Malech patent output frequency of 10 MHz (probably used for both mind reading and mind control, per the 1974/1976 patent). 10 MHz devices include shortwave radio at 10MHz, the rubidium atomic clock frequency of 10 MHz, and the NAVSTAR/GPS frequency of 10 MHz, and some radar use of the frequency 10 MHz. At this point, I personally am avoiding buying AM/FM/shortwave clock radios.
The frequency of 10 MHz shows up in all kinds of scenarios:

Searching on the frequencies in the 1974/1976 Malech patent "210 MHz" "100 MHz" "110 MHz" and "10 MHz" produced a Wikipedia entry on Image response (or more correctly, image response rejection ratio, or IMRR.
A small number of shortwave radio time signal stations around the world broadcast at 10 MHz aka 10,000 KHz.
10 MHz frequency standard.
Rubidium 10 MHz crystal oscillators.
Rubidium 10 MHz atomic clocks.
Wikipedia references a rubidium standard or rubidium atomic clock, but as of 7/14/25 neglects to mention their probably usually 10 MHz frequency.
The rubidium standard (aka Rb standard) or rubidium standard frequency is usually 10 MHz.
GPS disciplined 10 MHz oscillator GPSDO.
A company called "Abracon" sells 10 MHz GPDSO oscillators where the output is described as "CMOS".
Wikipedia references a GPS-disciplined GPSDO oscillator, but as of 7/14/25 neglects to mention their usually 10 MHz frequency.
A 10 MHz GPS output frequency, aka a GPS 10 MHz output frequency reference signal.
Baofeng UV-5R radios, under major legal limited use restrictions by FCC rules, are also suspected of being involved in mind-reading technology in some cases in the Washington DC area, where SAGE radar, previously suspected of being used for mind control in the 425-450 MHz frequency range in an alleged Montauk Project, is now suspected of being used in some cases as a mind control carrier wave and using suspicious frequencies of 396 MHz-434 MHz (that include but are not limited to the medical device and medical implant frequencies of 413-419 MHz and 426-432 MHz) have been detected. In a few minutes time on 7/14/25 I detected the frequencies 396 MHz, 400 MHz, 403 MHz, 408 MHz, 411 MHz, 412 MHz, 413 MHz, 414 MHz, 416 MHz, 417 MHz, 418 MHz, 419 MHz, 420 MHz, 421 MHz, 422 MHz, 423 MHz, 424 MHz, 425 MHz, 427 MHz, 428 MHz, 429 MHz, 430 MHz, 432 MHz, 433 MHz, 434 MHz, 806 MHz, and 884 MHz, (By the way, Wikipedia data on SAGE radar stations oddly omits the SM-171 Andrews Air Force base SAGE radar unit details.)
SAGE radar and/or JSS radar data might be incomplete. Was SAGE radar and/or JSS radar then and/or now used as a mind control and/or mind reading EMF energy wave carrier wave? Wikipedia data on SAGE radar stations oddly omits the Washington, DC area SM-171 Andrews Air Force base SAGE radar unit details. Wikipedia claims that the SAGE radar at Fort Meade (also the headquarters of the secretive NSA National Security Agency) was shut down in 1979. According to Wikipedia, in 1980 a JSS or Joint Surveillance System radar opened up in the Plains, VA and replaced the SAGE radar at Fort Meade and the SAGE radar (probably at/near Andrews Air Force Base) in/near Suitland, MD. According to Wikipedia, SAGE radar was replaced by Joint Surveillance System or JSS radar in 1983.
